All products offered for entry into the United States, including items for personal use, must be declared to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). CBP refers all FDA-regulated products to the FDA for review. CBP regulations and requirements are available on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.

  • FDA underwent Program Alignment on 05/15/2017 where Districts were changed to Divisions.
  • Fiscal year is calculated using the submission date. At this time, only the past 3 fiscal years of imports entry data are available on the graphs page of this dashboard.
